Public Performance License

Because the Exploration Films DVD you purchased at your local bookstore or online is intended for in-home viewing only, and public viewing is prohibited, Exploration Films is now making available for purchase the Exploration Films Public Performance License. Purchase of this license will give you the right to publicly show our films for your qualified church or organization. An Exploration Films Public Performance License is based on the size of your church/organization and is priced accordingly. Purchase of this license allows the purchaser to show one of our programs for 60 days from the date of the purchase. After those 60 days, the program may be kept for your personal use or in your church library. One license MUST be purchased for each program you are wishing to show. The purchase of the program must be done in a separate transaction through our website. Because this is new to our website, we wanted to provide answers to some commonly asked questions: Q: How do I pay for each license? A: Choose the product below that fits your group and click Add to Cart. Q: Or are there any other requirements? A: You must complete the Public Performance License Application for your license to be active. You can find the link to download the Application either on the Thank You screen/receipt after placing your order, or in your Email receipt. Q: Can I pay for more than one movie Public Performance License? A: Yes. Just add the quantity you need. Q: How long is the license valid for? How many times may I show the film? A: Each license is valid for 60 days. There are unlimited showings during this term. Q: Where may I show the film? A: The License allows you to show the film in a group setting (e.g. church group, school function, organization). It does not allow for any type of television or other public broadcasting. Q: Do I get a confirmation of payment? A: Like all of our products, you will be emailed a receipt. Please keep this receipt in your file during the term of the license. Q: Does the license include the DVD of the product? A: No. You will need to purchase the DVD separately. The license only covers permission to show it within your church or organization.
